One floor. Thirty days. Your numbers.

Start small on a live project. We bring the helmet and handle setup, training and reporting. You decide with measured results in hand.

How a pilot runs

Four weeks, start to results.

  1. WEEK 1

    Load the RFP

We run your RFP through the analyzer and agree with you on which items to verify.

  2. WEEKS 2–3

    Scan and verify

Your team walks one floor wearing the helmet, with our support. Reports and RFIs flow from the tablet.

  3. WEEK 4

    Review the results

You get hours per room, gaps caught and RFI turnaround, measured against your current process.

What each side brings

We bring

Everything to run the pilot.

  • Smart helmet, edge computer and field tablet
  • RFP analysis and takeoffs for the pilot floor
  • On-site training for your field team
  • A results report at the end of week 4

You bring

One floor and one champion.

  • An active project with one floor in progress
  • The RFP or contract documents for that scope
  • A superintendent or PM to wear the helmet
  • Your current numbers to compare against

Estimate your time savings

What would your next project save?

Move the sliders to match your project. The starting values are example assumptions, not measured results.

Field hours saved

114

Labor cost saved
$10,830
Working days
14

Labor only. Rework avoided, engineering hours and faster RFI answers aren't counted, and they're usually the bigger savings. A pilot replaces these assumptions with your measured numbers.

FAQ

Before you sign up.

Do I need engineers to process the scans?

No. The AI engine processes the scan on the edge computer and generates quantity takeoffs, scope descriptions and cost breakdowns automatically.

How accurate are the counts?

Each detection carries a confidence score, and low-confidence items are marked for a quick human check instead of being counted silently. During the pilot we measure accuracy against a manual count on your project.

How long does it take to train a field team?

If you can walk a room, you can scan it. Training is mostly about reading the report and using the RFI and approve actions. We run that session on site in week 1.

Does it need internet on site?

No. Mapping and detection run on the edge computer carried with the helmet. Reports sync when a connection is available.

Who owns the scan data?

You do. Raw scans stay on your hardware by default, and you decide what gets synced or shared.

Is the assistant app part of the pilot?

It can be. If your team wants help with estimates, proposals, invoices or payroll, we set up the assistant app alongside the helmet.
